This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The hosting provider processes data on my behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Each time you visit the website, the server automatically records information that your browser transmits (server log files): the date and time of the request, the requested page or file, the referring page, the browser and operating system used, the amount of data transferred and your IP address. The IP address is stored only in anonymised form.

This data is processed to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. The log files are deleted after seven days. Without this data, the website cannot be delivered to you.

If you contact me by email, I process the data you provide (for example your name, email address and the content of your message) to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract or to steps prior to entering into a contract, and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR in all other cases; my legitimate interest is answering your request. I delete the data once your request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Emails are handled by Google Workspace, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, which processes the data on my behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has issued an adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).
